[Resolved]  Flipkart — Non delivery of product

Hi, myself Swapnil. I ordered a Casio online watch from Flipkart.com few days ago, I was regularly checking its delivery status online here in mumbai. It was first shipped from Delhi. arrived in Mumbai in Santacruz Hub. and then today morning 9.04 am it was updated as Out for delivery, and 10.55 am it was updated as Undelivered as Customer was unavailable. I was available in my office address given for shipping purpose since 9 am. And these people updated their status as Customer not available. No one from Flipkart arrived in my office since 9 am and the time right now is 3.45 pm. I called customer care twice and complained about this, i got the same reply that "Customer was not available". I told them that I was available since 9 am and no person from Flipkart arrived at the given address to deliver the product but those customer care people wont listen. This is totally disgusting from Flipkart. I wanted the delivery anyhow today since i wanted to gift it to a friend who has his birthday tomorrow on sunday and these guys tell that I will get the product on monday. I just wonder, why did flipkart update the FALSE delivery status whereas I was present and the product did not come to me ??

I have ordered 2 books from flipkart which they promise to deliver in 2 - 3 business days.

As per the shipment history :

But i havn't received any of the books. When i called to confirm the same from customer care they told that Tracking ID is wrong in the mail. And the customer care guy told me that are not sure about the delivery time of the order. Hell with Flipkart. I will never again go for it and refer any one.
I have the SAME problem. And my shipping address too is Gurgaon. What happened to your order later? Did you get it?
absolutely agree ... they lose trust once, they won't gain it ever again. I'm soo soo pissed off right now. I thought they were different!
I had ordered Sony DAV- DZ840K 5.1 Home Theatre System on May 20, 2012 @ Rs. 19699 from Flipkart and had received the confirmation mail along with expected delivery date by 26 May 2012 from Flipkart.
Post placing my order the unit went out of stock next day hence i called up customer care on 23rd May to know the status of my order while enquiring about product, there was no concrete reply and I was told that Friday (may25) I would be updated about the status. Again on follow up on Friday (May25), the customer care desk apologized and promised me shipment by 28or29 May. On 27 May, I get a call & mail as well, that stock is out not available hence they give me option to cancel or modify it. However, on checking the website, the stock or unit was available at higher price. So I wrote back to them and in reply they cancel my order (without any consent) saying sorry for the inconvenience. Disgusting it is !!!

Flipkart customer care team has put up a most unprofessional & unethical site. There has been complete lack of commitment and transparency from flipkart.

As I client I worry placing order on Flipkart as uncertainty galore about the order and flipkart abiding by its commitment to the order.

I humbly request to take action or put them to task for such unethical task in the e-commerce business, which is all about transparency, commitment & trust.
Yes i completely agree with you.Here is the same story.
I ordered a Laptop Lenovo Ideapad U310 on 24th Sept.2012 with Cash On Delivery Option.After 15-20 Minutes i got call from Flipkart executive Ashwini to confirm my order and i confirm this.Exectly after 5 min she called me again and told me that this product is out of stock and she has to cancel the order.I said it was in stock when i ordered but she again told me that this is not possible.I told her that i want my item and did not cencel my order.I also got a mail from flipkart that it is not in stock and they have to cancel the order but i again reply to complete my order.
When i again check the status of the product it was showing out of stock.I was completely surprised But on the next day when i check again it was showing in stock with Different price and also it is in my Flipkart account showing as processing.But till now i am fighting with them to get my product and they are forcing me to cancel the order or saying that i have canceled the order.I am having all the proof that are showing that i did nor cancel the order.I am regular buyer of flipkart and i was in strong impression of flipkart that it is the only online store that Rockssss. but now i have to change my mind and also suggest to all please do not buy any product from flipkart.They are lier.
On the 12 th of May 2014, I purchased a product from Flipkart, the delivery date was 21st May 2014, Today is 29th May and I have not received the product . I have paid for the product thru internet banking .

my order ID is OD[protected]. I order a mobile handset on the big billion day and have been waiting since that day for it to be delivered. The delivery date has been changed twice already and the latest date is 13th Oct which too has passed. On calling customer care all I hear is a standard reply that we would get it delivered as soon as possible. Really Flipkart sucks big time. If India had robust consumer forum companies like these would have been in big trouble.
I ordered a Lenovo 6000 plus on your mega sale date 22nd June and i am still waiting for my delivery.

Your rivals are delivering the products within 3 days. After 14 days of booking order i came to know that you cant deliver my product that also after complaint from my end.

is it like you free of duty after selling the mobile and showing increased turnover to investor's ? or the case like product is actually not available with you just like you did before in your previous sale ?

let me know clearly whether you will be able to deliver my product or not ?

Wrong information given

The website had 3 years warranty given for a product. However the product delivered to me had only one year warranty. Feeling cheated!
