Order number : OD[protected] I ordered a watch for my mother in flipkart. And i placed the request on 28 th of september 2015. I was promised by the customer care that i will receive the product by october 6th. And the product was in packed state for more than 6 days and i was keep writing email to the customer care about the tracking status. I was getting a same reply that i will get the order before october 6th, But today they cancelled the product saying that it is returned by courier flipkart reply **Thank you for taking your valuable time to write to us. I'm sorry to know that your order has been cancelled. Please accept our sincere apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this. As I see that due to some unforeseen circumstances, your consignment is being returned back to us by our courier partner. And i was waiting for this to get delivered . But at the last moment they cheated me saying this. They wasted my time and cheated my money. I need an explanation for this from higher authorities. I live in abroad. Now i cannot gift anything for my mother immediately. It is all because of the flipkart. and when I'm trying to give a negative feedback and the website is not accepting as well. It is all designed to cheat people. Flipkart sucksssss
