[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not yet received & showing delivered in my tracking ID | |||
I have ordered Redmi S2 handset on 28th Aug 2015 from your site and the order id is OD[protected], when i track my details in flipkart site it shows that the product has been delivered in my address on 31st Aug 2015, but i didn't receive the product from your end . Verified Support Sep 02, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he informed he checked with his neighbor but still the shipment is not delivered to him as per website update the shipment id delivered. Customer needs to know where is the shipment.
