Flipkart — Product return (Waiting for last 16 days for the pick up) | |||||
Ordered a product from flipkart on 14th August, 2016 and received it on 22nd August, 2016. Not found suitable, then requested flipkart for return. Flipkart assured me that they will pickup the item on 30th August, 2016 and refund the amount which was debited from credit card. But no one came on 30th August, 2016 for pickup. Then again raised this issue with Flipkart team. Gave me a date of 7th September, 2016 for pickup but no one come on 7th September, 2016. Then they gave me date of 8th, similarly 9th and now they are saying that they will pickup the item on 17th September, 2016 and My emi's has been started deducting from my credit card. Can anybody tell me what should I do now ? Should I approach consumer forum to file a petition ? Flipkart team is just doing nothing but continuously giving me headaches, stress and mental agony. I have to wait for 1-2 hours to talk to their higher representatives. What the hell is this ? This is called flipkart return policy and world class customer support.
