Flipkart — Rebooting and heating issue in redmi prime 2 | |||||
I bought a Redmi Prime 2 from WS Retailer a month ago. I reported that the device was rebooting on its own and was overeating. The seller provided a temperory fix for that . He said reset the device and everything will work fine. The device did started working properly. Now again after 15 days from that incident it started heating up and rebooting. I called up the replacement team and spoke to an agent and a superwiser. Both informing me to visit the service center of MI. This is not my duty to get this fixed. I expected a proper working device and I've recieved a faulty one. I want replacement for this, as this issue was reported within the 30 day replacement gurantee period. Looking at my first instance when I compained for the heating issue. I want a complete replacement and I'm not going to use a repaired or fixed or refurbished device. I ordered and paid for a new device and i want one in perfect working condition. This is your customer service? selling damaged goods. I've 2 MI devices bought from mi.com they dont give me issues like this. Does FLIPKART sell refurbished goods? I want a replacement as quick as possibile.
