[Resolved] Flipkart — Received defective ordered product | |||
I ordered MOTO E amounting ₹5500 on[protected] on COD at DBIT Dehradun, Navgaon, Manduwala, P.O.Premnagar, Dehradun on the name of Zeeshan Malik. It was the Big Billion Day on flipkart. I received d order on[protected]. But after opening it I found it was a defected product. I called the customer care of flipkart n dey suggested to return d delivery on the same address fm where it was dispatched n according to dem I will receive the new product within 10 days. I returned it to that same address fm where i had received it. But since I didn't received d delivery within the given tenure I called the customer service again n dey assured me dat dat my money will b refunded. Dey asked my account no. N said dat money will be refunded soon. But I didn't got any. I want my money back asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
