[Resolved] Flipkart — Received duplicate Lenovo Laptop Battery N100 6 cell laptop battery.

Ref : Flipkart Order no.OD[protected] Dated 17.05.2015 for Lenovo Laptop Battery N100 6 cell laptop battery. Dear Sir, With reference to the above subject, I have purchased Lenovo Laptop Battery N100 6 cell laptop battery against the said order on dated 17.05.2015 for Rs.1500/- and the same received on dated 19.05.2015 for your reference. When I build in laptop, the percentage showing changing by every second like it is showing 23% then next second showing 5% next second showing 21% next 4% next 18% like that. Then I visited lenovo service center at chembur-mumbai and show the said battery and ask about warranty period. The service center person laugh at me and told that seller had cheated you, he sold duplicate battery to you and We cant give any service against the said battery. Now I need your help that how come you send this kind of product to consumer. I have received Invoice provided from your side showing warranty for 1 year? what is this means? service center not even check this battery and you are showing 1 year warranty. Please explain on this.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer says that he ordered for Lenovo laptop battery and it is defective and does not show the correct battery strength and keeps fluctuating. So customer visited ASC and was denied service as it was a duplicate product. So requested customer to share the acknowledgement, he agreed. Meanwhile, taken request for refund and closing the case.
