Dear Sir/ Madam, Greetings!!! This is in Reference Regarding MI Mobile company, I purchased MI REDMI 2 handset on 24th March 2015 and right now i am having a problem in my handset, i have given a call to customer care center and a complain mail already send to MI customer care but they are only keep the handset but no repir that handset 2 times given to touch customer care My grievance is that when i have purchased mobile through internet I want a new handset in lieu of old.. thanks & regards Was this information helpful? | |||
