[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund for canceled order never came | |
I tried to buy a JBL T250SI On-the-ear Headphone form WS Retailer on 22nd june through Flipkart's android app. When i tried to pay with online banking the confirmation from bank showing that the transaction is successful was shown but the app showed that the transaction failed. First i thought glitch in the network caused it and i tried to order the product 2nd time. But the same result. The product cost is 579. In summary i lost my 1158 rupees. I contacted my bank and they told me that the money is transferred from their end.So i contacted the flipkart customer care for 2 to 3 times and they told me that the amount will be refunded within 1st July 5 Pm and now it is 5 July and still no sign of refund.
