Flipkart — Refund has been canceled twice! | |||||
I ordered a pair of skechers shoes (size 6) from the seller retailnet amounting to rs 3169 on 2nd june, 2016 which was delivered to me on 5th july, 2016. the piece was larger than expected so i tried to get a replacement. due to unavailability of the product in size 5, i requested for a refund on the same day, providing my bank details. No pick-up was initiated instead i received a text claiming that since i'm satisfied with the product, i have cancelled my request for refund, which i did not! yesterday i placed another request with a complaint but received the same text message today instead of pick-up. Please help me get the refund and take the pair back. the product has 30-day replacement guaranty so please do it quickly. i am providing the order id and return id numbers of my order & refund details.
