[Resolved] Flipkart — REFUND NOT COMPLETE FROM LAST MORE THAN 01-MONTH | |||
We return the PUMA JI SANDAL 07 No in October first week against our registered mobile no [protected] & mail id [protected]@email.com ( This id is wrong entered by mistake) and wait for refund but refund not complete in given time so we contact the customer care 06 times dated ( 17/10_[protected], 21/10_[protected], 5/11_[protected]. 16/11_[protected] & 19/11_[protected] including complaint no. as well as we received escalate information by SMS but till date no any refund initiate.Account detail wrong entered by executive so we correct account detail updated to executive as on 21/10 but we contact the customer care on yesterday 26/11 and he give the previous wrong account detail this means previous executive updated information not update in system this is a BLUNDER MISTAKE and un-responsibilities to customer.
