[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund not given despite repeated assurance from Flipkart team

My son had booked Shoes thru flipkart that i got in Sep 1st week ... as they were very hard we wanted to return them and applied for it thru your call center. after a lot of discussion on 15th sep we were assured that we will get our money back and some one will come to collect the shoes in 2-3 days. my son had to leave for UK on 17th Sep so he has replaced the number for future correspondence to [protected]. no one came till 29th sep ... so i caled up and i was reasured someone will come maximum by 4th oct ... no one came and i called up again and i was reassured that someone will come by 13th oct ... its been 27th oct now and i am still following up with u guys. this is very very disappointing and was not expected from Flipkart. pls address my concern and help me restore the faith back in your organisation.
