Flipkart — Refund not processed | |||||
Dear Flipkart I am one of your very fond customers and trust you sincerely. This has been the first time I had to return a product because what I received was not what I had ordered. I opted for the refund, returned the wrong product on time. It's very sad that you are not processing the refund. You have AUDACIOUSLY asked me to update my NEFT details TWICE and AUDACIOUSLY sent me a message that the REFUND PROCESS COULDN'T BE POSSIBLE or something. I have given the very right details. You are an internet GIANT and I know such email wont be a big deal for you but I do not trust many websites like you. I READ SIMILAR PROBLEMS ON THE INTERNET THAT OTHERS HAVE FACED. WANT TO BE ASSURED BY YOU THAT THE REFUND WILL TAKE PLACE. DO NOT ASK ME FOR NEFT AGAIN. It would be kind of you to not ignore but REPLY so i know my problem has been acknowledged...and hopefully fixed. I don't want to be a customer who stops using your website. "We could not process the refund for your order OD[protected] on Thursday, 03 Dec'15. This could be due to incorrect NEFT details provided by yourself.
