[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund of money but transaction unsuccessful

I already submitted a complaint.But no solution is received.

I placed an order of 5 items through Flipkart on 19/09/2016.But no order
confirmation is received.After making payment, the system displays an error
message but an amount of Rs.3382/- is debited from my account.

I complained this matter before you on 19/09/2016 itself.Your customer
support team replied that you didn't received any payment for the order and
contact my bank for further assistance.

I contact my banker on 20/09/2016 and register the complaint.They said to
wait for 7 days.Now the period of seven days is over but no amount credited
to my account.

I contacted banker many times.Today they send me a mail confirmation

The mail they send is attached herewith:

Madam,

After receipt of on line complaint dated 20.09.2016, we have taken up with aggregator and received reply

Payment for such transactions is made through a payment service provider [bill desk ], who in turn passes it on to the seller [merchant/biller]. Refunds can be arranged by the Bank only if the payment does not reach the seller.

In this case, payment has already reached the seller.

We must therefore request you to directly contact the seller for refund, using the details given on the seller's Bill / Website / etc, with the following details for reference :

GUBI[protected] FLIPKART Settled on 21.09.2016

The same has been informed to you while closing the case on 28.09.2016.
