[Resolved] Flipkart — Regarding return of Mi 4i to flipkart | |||
Hi Sir/ Madam, I had received the Mi 4i from flipkart on 15th June 2015 having order number OD[protected]. I have noticed the front camera not working properly and browsing problem and not getting connected to the google play store on 28th June 2015. I had requested for the replacement of the phone on the same day. But they are cancelling the request again and again without giving any reason. I have requested for 4-5 times till now, but the result is the same. Kindly help in this and help me to get my phone replaced. Thanking you, Regards, Dr. Sunil S. Verified Support Jul 02, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has complained stating that he is facing issues with the camera. It is found that a scheduled callback is already arranged for the concerned technical team. So closing the case.
