Flipkart — Requested for Replacement of Redmi 3S prime mobile but if got rejected

I am having speaker problem in my new Redmi 3s prime mobile.When i have observed the problem. I restarted the mobile after restart it was woking fine. I raised a request for replacement but they rejected.

Updated by Chat Srikanth Request got rejected without replacement and When engineer came for checking at that time it is working fine and again the problem raised.
