Flipkart — Return / request rejected by flipkart so many times | |||||
Od[protected] with this order id i have purchase a samsung galaxy on7. When i recieve the product i came to know that the product seal is tampered and the memory card slot is not working. I place a return request many times as they are continue cancelling it many times. Why it is happining it with me i dont know. Customer support saying we are taking your request and you will get a call. But before call a message coming saying that your return request is cancelled by seller. What to do? I have purchased lenovo k3 note from flipkart.the phone is now not working.the lenovo service center needs the bill of the product which i have lost.so i request you to provide me the same as soon as possible
