[Resolved] Flipkart — Rude behaviour of customer care and order not deliver | |||
I had ordered shoes from flipkart.com on 1st Nov 14 and it was suppose to be delivered to me on 6th Nov 14. But flipkart dint deliver it on time and when i called up the customer care he just keep on repeating same words "sorry for the inconvinience caused but the product will be delivered to you 10th". When he couldn't answer any quetions he just kept the call rudely without giving any information. I gave them 4 days grace time but they failed to deliver me, on 10th morning they called up and said give us one more day time. Why should i give i already gave enough time. Now they refunding my amount and take 8 days for it. I want to complain regardin the rude behaviour and insult caused to me because of the customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
