[Resolved] Flipkart — Sent defective product and not making a replacement.... | |||||
I've ordered an "ASRock H 61 PRO BTC Motherboard" on 21st september 2015 and my order ID is "OD[protected]" and I've got the item delivered by 26th sep 2015. But after I've installed the item I came to know that it was a defective one. By then i've requested for a replacement and someone from flipkart called me and had a conversation regarding the problem and approved the replacement and promised the date for replacement by on or before 9th october 2015. After this i've waited patiently till yesterday (9th oct2015) and I havn't got any replacement. While I'm checking my orders page it shows that the return has been cancelled. I've tried to reach flipkart through mail but there is no response even after 24hrs hence I made a call to their customer care but they neither have a proper reason for cancelling the return nor a proper solution so I'm here now for some help.. Oct 12, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I havn't got a replacement cos there is no stock left for the item but i've got the refund.. thank you.. Verified Support Oct 11, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer and informed him as the product is not in stock so we will give the refund.
