Flipkart — supply of duplicate product

We booked Apple MagSafe Power adapter - 85W Sr No.MV3015WA40XBA for Rs.3400 with 1 year warranty. We bought in September 2014. The Charger stopped working in the first week of May 2015 and we took that to Apple Service provider - Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd., . There we found out that, the product we bought through Flipcart (invoiced by Edge Infosolutions, Mumbai) is not ORIGINAL product. Am very disappointed that the product you advertised as Apple product turned out to be a duplicate. I request for only a Refund of the money I paid towards the charger Am attaching the following 1. your order No.OD[protected] - mail 2. Copy of details on the envelope delivered 3. Form DVAT33 - Delivery Note 4. Tax Invoice of Edge Infosulutions 5. Service Report of Apple Authorized Service provider
