Flipkart — Terrible Experience with WS Retail and Flipkart on #BigBiliionDay | |||
6 Oct – i ordered an item on #BigBiliionDay - Flipkart deducted money from my account and gave expected delivery as 10th Oct. 10 Oct - when i contacted customer care they delayed delivery to 13th Oct. 13 Oct – again i contacted they said delivery will be delayed by 5 days and i can expected it on 18th Oct 18 Oct – i called to customer care before leaving for Diwali Vacation; they said it will be delivered on 19th for sure so i decided to stay in city for the day. 19 Oct – i again called and they said delivery can’t be made on that day as it was Sunday – so i stayed in city for one more day. 20 Oct – i waited for shipment, I tried my best to get my shipment i even asked contact number of delivery agency so that i could collect it They said “Shipment Cancelled by Seller” surprisingly i got mail saying your item will be delivered on 26th Oct I was done! i cancelled order – Flipkart said my amount would be refunded in 8 working days. 27 Oct – i got mail – saying amount would be refunded till 3rd November 2 Nov – Flipkart said amount will be refunded by 12th Nov. I was #big fan of flipkart before #bigbillionday – i guess they are losing their loyal customer! Flipkart should pay me interest of 1 month. BTW Amazon keeps promises !
