[Resolved] Flipkart — TV Installation misguide | |||
This is the ever third class service i received. I purchased a micromax 40inch LED TV from flipkart on 21st jan and its delivered to me on 23rd jan at 1pm (before an expected delivery of 6pm). I am really very much happy with this fast shipping of my product. But when i called to flipkart for my TV installation on 23rd at 1pm he (Mr. Tarekh ) said that your installation will be done on 24th (100% he says). Mr.Tarekh (flipkart executive) he gave me a number and said call on this number[protected] for tv insatallation) on 24th. The number was for BSNL number change service (what a nonsense), when i called back to flipkart regarding this they says that it your installation will be done on 26th jan (remember they have 2days installation policy) I dont think that they will do this on 26th (Republic Day, a national holiday) So my TV delivered on 23rd jan and they will do installation on 27th jan (4 days) What a nonsense is this. Whatever... i just wish to that flipkart should take an action on mr.Tarekh who misguide me provide wrong number and also talking useless on my next day call.
