[Resolved] Flipkart — unprofessional behaviour and delayed order | |||
i ordered a phone Moto X (2gen) on 23rd june it was supposed to reach by 3rd july.i tracked it until 30 th june but it was not shipped i called the customer care but thy said it is on hold even aftr conformation on phone .evn aftr 2 days when i track the order it says will b shipped aftr 4 july and reach on or b4 3 july.when i call them thy say sorry technical error will ship by 4th july and reach dnt knw when such an unprofessional behaviour wasnt expected from flipkart.i[censored] kp sales know how to manage them Was this information helpful? | |||
