[Resolved]  Flipkart — Violated warranty terms

My name is raja k and i have bought a lenovo a7000 mobile from flipkart. My order id is od[protected] and the imei / serial no. [protected]. The problem of my phone is, whenever i am trying to shoot image / video blackened display is coming. More than 15 times it occured. I was shocked. I just felt it may be critical issue. Because whenevr trying to shoot the image / video blackened screen only coming. I have to restart the mobile. Is this possible to use the defected mobile. So i marked the product within the warranty period (Warranty upto 19 july 2015) . I have marked the product on 18 july 2015. Flipkart executives callef me on 19 july 2015, at the i can't attend the call. Immediately i made a call to flipkart callcentre people. Next day 20 july 2015 flipkart executives called me and i narrated what i felt with defected product.

Aftet that, executive persons disapproved my returned request. I was shocked. Because i lodged the return request within the warranty period.

In the mean time i can't make return product request. Because they already disapproved my return request within the warranty period. This is violation of given assurance by flipkart.

Why they are giving 30 days return warranty. It must be followed. Please sell defect - free product.

I am so vexed after purchased the defected product.

Spoke to customer he told when he tried capturing photos the screen goes black he had complaint on this previously and the concreted team had already given trouble shooting steps still the problem exist. Hence informed customer will be sending smart check link and to download the same. Customer needs call back in tamil.

Kindly, sell defect - free products. We are ready to buy online products. Why you are giving 30 days product return warranty period. Do not violate any manner. Actually, you people never hear what we are telling. Actually, we never ask 30 days product return warranty. But we want to buy defect - free products only. Call centre peoples not ready to hear our problem. You have to ready to talk with the customer's regional language.
Some people may not affluent in english. Customer's problem not to be solved if you do not ready to talk in his regional language. I am
So vexed because i have bought defected product. No one is ready to return the good conditioned product. It is defected so marked for return within the 30 days return product warranty.
I never asked refund money for defected product. So i am vexed for purchase of defected product.
