I have purchased two no of vu 32" FHD television during this Diwali offers and found the packing piece itself defective as the the images are appearing on the screen is having no continuous hence I have interacted with Flip kart as well as vu but the people have no capable to acknowledge the defective until the technician visit but I have received the call from vu technical team as they suggested to go for replacement since the television is having panel defect. However I am getting the response from Flipkart other than getting the phone calls for committing false updates.
