[Resolved] Flipkart WS Retail — Got a Tile in my iPad Box | |||
I ordered an iPad Air 2 from Flipkart on 24th June 2015, Seller was Ws Retail. The order came to me on 29th June at about 4pm. It was a cash on delivery. I told the delivery boy to wait at the door while i opened the product and I found a Tile in my box, I did not pay the delivery boy.He called his senior and he came to check the box and also saw that there was a Tile in the box. So the delivery boy witnessed me opening the box. His Senior made a few calls and later told me that his taking the parcel back. I called up flipkart and they said that they are looking into the matter. Its been 3 days now and I have not got any positive back from them. This is the contact number of the delivery boy : [protected] My Order ID: OD[protected] I would like to know if the delivery boy wasn't present at the moment I would be considered a fool trying to fake the marble. It was good that I opened the box in front of him. Flipkart has to do a lot in order to gain the trust of its customers. I expect a lot from them. Flipkart. This is preposterous .Being one of the best online shopping companies, if you guys can't consider consumer satisfaction, you guys are not worthy of having such a business in the first place . instead of sending tiles to people, you should put it on ur wall or something. You might just overcome the leakage problems . but don't make people cry . The public runs your company, you'll should know that . if not, you'll can produce tiles for the rest of life and then maybe you wouldn't afford a device like this !

This company is fraud now..they will keep on changing resolution dates but not give you proper resolution..i am facing issue from 8 days i ordered iphone 6 on sale day but still not received not even that they are not cancelling my order...this whole process is for generating funds from customers money..please all buyers dont buy with cards always use COD..
