[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Philips gogear action 4gb mp3 player player | |||||
Sir, I have ordered a Philips GoGear Action 4 GB MP3 Player Player (order id OD[protected] through flipkart but the order delivered was defective. henceforth i have ordered for a replacement(Return ID:[protected]. The flipkart sent a message that the replacement to be done on 3rd February on my Official Address which i have given. But no delivery was done on 3rd. On 5th February it was a Government official holiday in Guwahati due to innugration of South Asian Games in Guwahati. A Flipkart delivery guy ( mobile [protected]) called my and said that he will be attempting my delivery on today(5th Feb 2016). But i told that the office remains closed that day. So, the guy replied in that case he will attempt the delivery on 9th Feb'2016(Tuesday). on the same day (5th Feb) i got a message from flipkart that my order rejected. so i called that guy and he told that not to worry as he will attempt it to deliver on Tuesday. when i called him on tuesday he told that he will not be able to deliver it on the same day. instead he will attempt to deliver it on friday(11th Feb) today. Today (11th Feb'16) when i called him he told that my replacement order got cancelled . So, sir i request you to look into this issue and bring some remedy to me.
