Flipkart.com — Warranty issue | |||
sir, i had bought a western digital 1 TB My Passport Ultra external hard disk from flipkart.com website. I place the order (I.d - OD[protected] ) on 10th march, 2014 and got the product on 13th march, 2014. According to the rules and regulations the warranty should start from 13th march, 2014 but the warranty of the product is starting from 17th Jan, 2014 I call them and also mail them several times. Even they are not register the complain yet. They did not call me further. Is it not a illegal move?? Kindly take a strong action on this issue as soon as possible. I place the order (I.d - OD[protected] ) on 10th march, 2014 and got the product
on 13th march, 2014. On 23/4/14 they called me and saying they can not provide me the warranty and its not a big deal to them and refuse me.
According to the rules and regulations the warranty should start
from 13th march, 2014 but the warranty of the product is starting from 17th Jan, 2014. Is it not a illegal move??
Kindly take a strong action on this issue as soon as possible.
