[Resolved] Flipkart.com — When will I receive my refund money | |||||
I ordered a Kartuce Back Cover for Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 from flipkart, order no. OD[protected]. I returned the item on the very next day of delivery as it was a case of damaged product. The product has been picked up for return but I haven't received the refund money yet, in my account. Please refund my money back soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Dec 02, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he states on November 11, 2015 pick up has done. Still, no calls made to ask for bank details. Informed customer to share the acknowledgement copy of pick up done. Customer agreed. He will sent us by EOD. Hence, arranging for follow up.

Customers will only have to cry and keep calling the irresponsive customer care - they can't provide any sensible answer.
They will go on telling "give us 24 hours, every time".
Its further waste of time and money calling these customer care.
I have been trying for exchange/ refund for nearly a month. No success yet. Its becoming FLOP KART
