[Resolved]  Floral Gifts To India — Complaint against online fraud by "Floral Gifts to India"

I had ordered a gift online from Floral-Gifts-To-India, vide Order Tracking ID: S9rDKj dt 12 Dec 2013 on their internet portal: http://www.floralgiftstoindia.com having the following contact details: HQ Support Numbers: +91 [protected] Alternate Support No. +91 [protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com I had made online payment of Rs. 1225/=, for the delivery of gift to my relative in Patna. However, the company (Floral Gifts to India, Kolkata) did not deliver the product after charging the complete amount in advance. Even after several follow ups on their Email ([protected]@floralgiftstoindia.com and [protected]@gmail.com) and Customer care/ help desk nos. (Cell no: [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]), they have neither delivered the product nor given the refund. The company - Floral Gifts to India - seems to be a fraud company who cheat the customers into paying for the order online and then not delivering the product. It is over 4 months now and whenever I call the company on their above numbers, they claim that the refund will be sent within a week, but the refund does not come. The modus operandi of "Floral Gifts to India" is to charge their customers through online payment in advance, and then not deliver the order, thus amounting to online fraud, cheating and criminal breach of trust. I would advise online customers to be cautious and refrain from ordering online from “Floral Gifts to India” (www.floralgiftstoindia.com) who I have come to know from sources have cheated numerous other customers also in a similar manner.
