I had called them up twice to confirm that the combo order of cake, roses and teddy (order PFDI[protected] will be delivered same day on 4th of November i.e. today, on pin code 441113 and they promised me the same thing. Getting assurance from their side i placed the order, and after the amount (rs. 900) was debited from my account i received an email in which denied the same day delivery and also mentioned that they can't deliver the Cake and flower (perishable items) to that location. The mail asked me to choose non-perishable item which they would deliver within 3 to 5 days now. When i called up their customer care( +91-[protected]) at 2.01 P.M., the customer care executive spoke to me very rudely, denied the fact that they had promised same day delivery of the product, and hung up the phone saying that they have other customers to handle.
