Fly Mantra — Didn't get Refund Amount

Dear, FLYMANTRA.COM, Noida I had tried to book a flight ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad on 12th mar 2015. My amount was debited from my bank account when I booked my ticket of Jet Airways using Fly Mantra website. My booking id was FLY12046348.I didn't get the pnr number when I booked my ticket using fly Mantra website.For proof I took one hard copy from Jet Airways window in which my id was written but I didn't get my PNR number, I took it for my future reference so that I'll contact them later for refund.While contacting with them by their given number on their website, Some of the guys said "Sir Your transaction is under process you will get your refund with in 3-4 days" and while sending mail to them on [protected]@flymantra.com. No response was coming. Please give my refund as soon as possible.
