Box8 — Order cancelled but refund not received | |||||
My order C3I9UX from Box8 Mumbai was cancelled on September 11. My refund of INR 186.0 has not been processed yet though the executive lied to me that I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. Box8 has not been able to provided the transaction reference Number or UTR No. for the transaction. The incompetent customer support executive asked me to coordinate with my Bank instead. Nov 04, 2016 chodarysumanth231's response dont use food panda. its completely waste of our time. they will not deliver food. just they take orders and money. finally cancelled the ordrs and never give money back. 1 star is also wste. i will give minus 100

The food i have got from this restaurant was very bad and i have found cockroach in the biryani and the gobi was even not fresh at all it looks like old one which was just heated up and given.. please warn them.. getting a cockroach is not at all a small one..

I ordered food from foodpanda. payment also successful. But after payment food was cancelled. then why he takes money. idiot. waste of our time. and refund will be in few days. upto to refund we have to stay hungry. we order food online because we need immediatly. u people such an idiots if order is canceled u have to pay back immediatly.
please resolve the issue ASAP
