Force Motors — Bad service

Sir/Madam My name is Sanjay.s.p and I had purchased a Force traveller(Customer Identity no 70: 195744) 2 months before. The vehicle had run 4000 km only, but the main parts like fan belt are broken. I had given vehicle to an authorised service center(VANCHINAD MOTORS(P) LTD KOCHUVELI THIRUVANANTHAPURAM). But they have not repaired it properly. The service provided by them is very poor and this is not the kind of service and attitude we expect. The fog lamb is also not working and the service station employees are not even capable of finding what the fault is. The door lock is not working properly and the entire vehicle is having some improper shake while running.The service people are not even listening to the repair suggestions.. They have not even applied grease to the wheels. The water service is also bad.. I can't tolerate this kind of service and I am planning to report it to Consumer court.
