Ford India — Complaint against harpreet ford gurgaon | |||||
I purchased my car number hr 10 z 1101 on 1st april 2016 after the purchase i went for the service at harpreet ford gurgaon.. I dont know what kind of service they did to the car and after that there has been 4 incidents when i visited them again and again for some kinds faults in the car.. Yesterday when i visited them they asked me to drop the car for 1 oneday and promised me to deliver it by sunday.. Today in the morning when i called them they told me that all the wiring system of your car is damaged and we need some more days to repair it.. I have no words for such a poor service and now i dont need the car, keep the car with you i am going to file a complaint in the court.
