To The horticulture department, Municipal corporation of north delhi, new delhi Subject: pruning of tree Dear sir, I, amit bajaj residing at a-5/16, sector-17 rohini, new delhi – 110085 would like to attract your attention that the tree infront of my house has got old & its branches are bending which may lead to probable damage to the property, cars parked & people on the street. Also, few branches are entering the balcony of my house leading to alot of inconvenience to us. I shall be grateful if you kindly look at the above problem and sort out the same to direct your concerned horticulture department for cutting / pruning the tree. I, Rajeev Jain resident of Flat no. 83, Pocket 4 Sector 2 Rohini, Delhi would like to draw your kind attention with regard to huge trees in front of my house in the park which requires urgent pruning. The thick tree-leaves blocked the light as well as the electric wires and causes sparking during thunderstorm and rainy season. As such, it requires pruning on an urgent basis.
2. It is, therefore, requested to take urgent action and purge some portion of trees to avoid any unwanted incident.

I am a resident of J9/60, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 . There is a Gulmoher tree in front of my house which has bent about 30 degrees towards the road due to unbalanced growth and may fall down any time due to its own weight and rain if it’s not trimmed in time, so you are requested to take necessary action before it’s too late
