[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — Admissions Charge & Clinical Nutritionist Fee taken in final bill | |||||
I am cover in TPA . so During discharge i didn't check this. when my TPA didn't give money then they inform me. they have deducted these amount. they i called Hospital Biling Department they said you need to visit Hospital then only we can resolve your problem. then i was visited Hospital on 24th Sep 2016 and meet Mr. Brijesh. he checked and admitted this is our mistake and i need to talk to my senior regarding this. after discussion i we will update you on your mobile. he has taken my mobile no. also. but till now i didn;t recieve any call from fortis Hospital regarding this issue. even i again call yesterday he told same thing yesterday also Was this information helpful? | |||||
