Dear Sir/Madam

I am very much disappointed that even after 7 days courier not delivered. When I call to customer care shimoga they don't have responsibility to attend kindly. Informing me to arrange courier boys as they have lack of resource. Also not ready to send it back. When ever I do repeated call listening to mu voice they disconnect the phone. Please take some necessary action please

We want to track the courier tracking details and we dont have option to track in tracker, also customer care number is not valid which is provided in your website .kindly look in this issue and provide solution for customer care contact number and also for track the courier
