Franklin Templeton India — Redemption Request not Processed

My lock in period of Franklin India Taxsheild is over and I had sent a physical redemption request to Franklin Templeton India on 08/01/2015 by DTDC courier AWB No- B16287125 and the same has been delivered at their Bangalore branch on 10/01/2015 at 11:16 AM. But till now receipt of this request has not been updated in their systems. I tried calling your customer care, but it was of no use. Send multiple mails to them but no response They say that redemption will be processed whenever they update their systems. Now, as the letter has been delivered and the delay in receipt and updating is from their end. I demand, that they should redeem all the units at the highest recorded NAV from the time of delivery till the time they take in updating their system.
