FreeCharge — Amount not refunded on unsuccessful transaction

I have done a recharge transaction of rs 50 on 29 nov 2015 from freecharge app but it has gone unsuccesful and amount is also not credited to my account so kindly please refund as message has also recieved containing that transaction unsuccesful and amount has been refunded within 6 hrs on 29th nov 2015 at around 8:00 but till now it as not been credited
