[Resolved] FreeCharge — Bsnl bill payment is successful in freecharge but bsnl not yet received payment | |||
I have paid my bsnl bill using freecharge (Order no:fcli[protected]) on 18/06/2016 payment was successful amount was debited from my account. But still bsnl has not received the payment. Customer care number is not working. Customer case has not replied for my mail. Expecting quick and true reply from freecharge customer care. As per our records the transaction was successful and the service provider has confirmed the same with the reference ID FRC[protected] . In case the payment is not updated in service provider portal, the payment will be updated in your next bill.
Alternatively, you can also contact the service provider to confirm the same by providing the reference ID FRC[protected] .
