[Resolved] FreeCharge — Bsnl bill payment is successful in freecharge but bsnl not yet received payment

I have paid my bsnl bill using freecharge (Order no:fcli[protected]) on 18/06/2016 payment was successful amount was debited from my account. But still bsnl has not received the payment. Customer care number is not working. Customer case has not replied for my mail. Expecting quick and true reply from freecharge customer care.
