[Resolved] FreeCharge — Cheating | |||||
Mobikwik is cheating to the people. I redeemed coupn and that coupn was successfully added to the payment option but not redeemed the cash back. They providing false information for customer and chaeting to the people by that false information. They cheated to me using that false information. They are saying we will give cash back to the customer and provided some coupn but after payment they didn't giving any cash back and not giving reply to the customer also. Please take some action. Freecharge is good company. I always uses freecharge they are very providing good services. Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
