FreeCharge — Failure in Ticket Booking

I booked an air ticket via goibibo on 18th November, 2016 and made the payment through Freecharge. The amount has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not been confirmed. nor the amount has been refunded. I have already mailed 4 times to freecharge regarding the issue but the issue has not been resolved as yet. i have tried to reach freecharge many times via phone too but no one answers the call. please help in resolving the issue.
My transaction id for the payment is 7250899_1.
