Dear sir,
On date 23/7/2016 saturday, i have recharged through net banking by axis bank. For mobile no [protected], of recharge amount was rs.150, i didnt get balance in my account but 150 balance has been deduct from my bank account, so please refund my 150 rupees in my account or wallet..

Dear Rajesh, Thank you for writing in! We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account for a recharge that you had initiated. We regret that the recharge was not processed as the transaction was unsuccessful for the order ID FCVA[protected]. If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days. We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID CCADG1OUN669 PG CCA) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update. Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund. We appreciate your patience & co-operation.
