Rent payment

I was paying rent but this is show processing and after some time failed the transaction or money not refunded. Today 26/09/2022 and I was paying 24/09/2022. 2 day complete but refund not received please help me...

Suspended account recovery

Sir I am playing free fire game since 2018. Due to using 3rd app, my level 66 ID is suspended. Sir my ID is suspended for 9 months. Sir I understand my mistake. I will never use a 3rd app again. Sir please give me a chance and return my id.

Unauthorized use of my email to open an account for someone else

An account was made using my email address by someone else (under the name 'Amazing'). I emailed [protected]@freecharge.com requesting the account be closed, and they said the process to close was initiated but could only complete if a number of checks were met, e.g. emptying the wallet balance and removing all saved cards. I don't have any way of accomplishing or confirming these checks because it's not actually my account, just someone fraudulently...

Fraudulent Credit Card Transaction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that, fraudulent person called me and cheated with explained about Card Protection Plan (CPP) with my SBI Card account, unexpectedly amount was transaction from my SBI Credit CARD, which was debited Rs.14974.64 to Accelyst Solutions 560038N in my last transaction history, it was not done my mine. Please do not settle the amount to that transaction and revert back the fraudulent transaction....

Fraudulent Transaction

Refund not credit to payment source even after 1 month.

I had cancellled partial order from Netmeds to which the payment was made through Freecharge App. Netmeds had processed the refund to Freecharge whereas it is still showing as Processing since last 1 month. Pls expedite to refund the same to payment source or to freecharge wallet to utilize the amount....

Money Deducted from my ICICI Bank account

I ordered a smart watch on (Amazon) which was shown on my Facebook ...But when I entered the details of my ICICI Debit card number..It was deducted 15, 100 ₹ from my Bank account without confirmation..I also called inAmazon customer care number..But the customer care executive said me that it was not Amazon site..But It was Fraud site...So then I went in the bank..But they said that they can't help me with this deducted transaction from...

Someone named Sahil used my email address - which is not the kind of email address someone could simply guess - to create a Freecharge account. I just received an email with the subject line "Welcome to Freecharge." The mobile phone number associated with the account is not mine.

I would like to know why someone would use my email address for this reason. Are they able to scam me by doing this? How can I protect myself? Please...

Regarding my refunded amount from red bus

My Email was used to Register an Account without my knowledge or any permission

Somebody registered an account with Freecharge using my email address. I never received a message to confirm that I want to use my email for that account.

The number being used is not mine, and I have never used freecharge.

I want Freecharge to remove my email address from the account....

An account was registered with my email without my authorization.

I received an email from Freecharge indicating that my email was used to register an account. This was done without my authorization as I did not initiate any contact with this company.

I would like this account and my email my email removed from their database....

Unban account

Hey,
I have been playing free fire since last 2 years but now my account has been banned. I think there is a mistake from your side because I didn't modify the game but still my Free Fire account got banned.
I request you to unban my account and I promise that I will never ever use glitch files, or modify this game.

Amount Not credited to beneficiary account

On 19August 2022, i had made a transaction of 10500rs through freecharge and it's successful money is deducted from my account but money had not received to beneficiary account.Its more than 5working day's.Today is 26August 2022 until now money is neither credited back to me nor in beneficiary bank.I visited both bank but until now no response.I had called customer care but no response.I want my money back please help me...

Light bill payment

I have done light bill payment on 5th august 2022 of INR 2110. The money is deducted from my account but payment failed.
After this freecharge told me that refund will be done by 13th august, however i have not received the refund. after that i have raise the query and i have received the mail that they have not received the money and i need to check with my bank.
i checked with my bank and bank told me that payment is successfully...

Someone has used my email address to register an account

I received a series of emails today that indicates someone has set up a freecharge account using their own name, my email address and someone's phone number (not mine).

I don't want this account to show my email address as I do not have anything to do with it....

Unethical fees charged

Hi, I did a transaction of 20Rs using Freecharge Pay Later on 16 July and I didn't knew that I have to pay the amount on 5th of August.
I didn't received a notification before due date from freecharge and thus with the autodebit feature ON freecharge tried to auto deduct payment of 20rs from my account, now as I didn't had balance in that account I am being charged 590 Rs as a bounce charge!!

This is totally unethical...
