In freecharge customer support options there are bot only, no way to interact with customer service....

Somebody named Rajul (if it is their real name) registered an account with Freecharge using my email address. I have never authorized the use of my email address. Also, I have never received a message to confirm that I want to use my email for that account. This is highly irregular.

I want Freecharge to remove my email address from the account and take action against the individual who used my email address without my permission...

I received an email states that I successfully subscribed but I don't even know the service. Somebody used my email address without my consent to create an account with another mobile number, of course not mine. So anyone can create an account with any email address and this is so wrong. I think some kind of scam is going on so I demand my email address and the linked account get deactivated effective immediately....
