Dear sir, I have added Rs.6000 to my freecharge wallet from my credit card to withdraw the same amount to my bank account after 7days. But my account got suspended. So I sent around 6 mails to reactivate my freecharge account and they replied to send request from registered email id but i forgot my password and unable to recover that ID .
