Hello

I am owner of ([protected]@gmail.com), I created freecharge account by this mail id, i recharge by this site but my balance deducted by freecharge and my recharge was unsuccesfull Now My complaint is that as Freecharge told me my money will be refund in 7 days. today is 11 th of day but till now i did not receive no any money in my account.

Thank you for writing in!

We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested.

As per our records payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs.332 to your account on 19/03/2016 against the order ID FCVW[protected].

Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days. In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

This will help us follow it up with our payment partner.

Please wait till 29th Sept 2016 and if you still didn't get the refunded amount please write back to [protected]@freecharge.com with the updated bank statement we will assist you further.

Updated by sanjaykshwh9 I recharged on 19-September-2016 by (www.freecharge.in). I wants tol tell you this company deducted my Money and my Recharge was Unsuccessful. On spot I mail to Freecharge he told me that your money return within 5 to 7 days Now time is over today 11th day. till now i did not received any Refund in my bank account. I mail him with My Bank Statement till date also. he saying that he refunded already. i am attaching my Bank Statement screen shot also.Just see and Refund My Balance in my bank account.

My Order id:- FCVW[protected]

I also contact with my Bank Partner he is saying freecharge did not send any money i am attaching bank partner email also.
We inform you that the payment you made on September 19, 2016 for Rs. 332.00 was successful with the payment ID / Reference Number. Hence, we request you to co-ordinate with the biller regarding the payment for further clarification if the transaction was unsuccessful we request you to send us a confirmation mail from the merchant with the below mentioned details to assist you further:

I already wait as your above mention date till 29th Sept 2016, but i want to tell you that i did not received my refund till now. please Refund my money. why are you telling a lie again and again. i also contact my bank partner if in real case you sent refund then give me some Detail of your payment gateway.

IN above your reply you write that kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date. Here I wants to Inform you I already sent you My Bank Statement Many Times. what want to show here.I am just waiting for today If you will not refund my money I will FIR and Complaints in Court also.
