[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Electricity Bill Fraud

Hi,

I had paid electricity bill of Rs. 7250 through freecharge using one coupon code 100FC which promises 100% cashback, now I am facing two issues, :-

1. The electricity bill is still not reflected even after 3 days of bill payment. I have following details:
ORDER ID: FCEA[protected],

Consumer Number :[protected]
Their customer support number is either not valid or always busy, hence just waste of time.
The money is deducted from my account and still not paid according to the site.

2. The coupon code is just fraud case.

Please let me know if I am getting back my amount or if the bill will be paid as the due date is nearing and 7250 is not a small amount for me.
