I've paid my Electricity Bill to BSES Rajdhani Delhi CA. No.[protected]. Order ID - ORDER ID: FCEW[protected]. your site says I've paid successfully but the BSES Site shows unpaid. this is the first time I chose to pay through Freecharges instead of Paytm and this is what I get. Outrageous. Please do take the requisite steps or I've to seek consumer court.

Utility bill payments generally gets updated on your account within 48 Hours from the time of transaction. Ideally you should be receiving a notification from the operator regarding the payment once it is updated in your account.
